Janet Schuckardt is one of the Chef Trainers for the Natural Cooking of Scotland
as well as a Member of the Scottish Chef's Association.
John Schuckardt is a Fellow of the Academy of Food and Wine Service and has drawn up an extensive wine list to complement his wife's Cuisine.
